Fremented pizza ( 4 pizzas) - Wed, Nov 20, 2019

The longer they are stored, the more complex the taste

Mix 1

  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 dl water

Mix 2

  • 6 dl water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 0,5 dl olive oil
  • 14 dl all purpose flour
  1. Combine the mixes above and knead the resulting dough until you can pull it without it breaking.
  2. Split the dough in 4 equal parts and put them in four oiled bowls
  3. Put them in the fridge for at most 10 days
  • Set the oven on the highest heat and let it heat up for about one hour
  • Bake the dough for about 3 minutes on the rack
  • Remove the baked dough and add your toppings
  • Lower the temprature in the oven to about 245 C and bake for about 5 minutes until the toppings get some colour.
